The goal of language is communication. So what ever language we learn, wherever we learn, and whenever we learn, the goal of language learning is always aimed at using it for communication. Although we may use it only for the receptive puposes such as listening and reading but it is also part of communication.
For the productive skills like speaking and writing, the communication function is even mre crucial. In this section we will look at why speaking skills is important, how to teach the skills, and What teacher should know in order to better the speaking activities in a language class.

In this session, my group and I tried to use line video call to have an online discussion about integrating technology in speaking. Unfortunately, the video has low resolution due to the internet connection. In Indonesia the connection is still terrible so that we can’t really use internet connection at all time.
